We're finally seeing some of the incomplete developments being back-filled, yet dilapidated suburbs and subdivisions are found in areas where economic development slowed and later stopped leaving job loss and abandoned homes in its wake.

The areas around the Section 8 units were always filled with trash and looked a little like a war zone.A client once owned four 4-plexes.

A respectable paint would require a good first coat and a fast 2nd touchup fill in generally.

Wondering if anyone has converted their multimember LLC down to a sole member LLC and what the process is, all I have found on it is to fill out form 8832.
