There're just so many opportunities in real estate to be exploited as the market has a lot of inefficiencies.In our market, med. avg house is 1.5 mil and price swings between high and low comp PSF is $400 sqft.While cost of labour and material supply is the same, regardless it's $300k house or $3.0 mil house.

Lately STR co-hosts have been exploiting a loophole by offering limited services like scheduling cleaners, handling complaints etc. while explicitly avoiding any leasing, marketing, or money transactions/ activities which would require a license.
