I see the mistakes being made every day in the forums.

I spent 25 years in commercial construction and you learn something new everyday and its a very difficult business to be in. 

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years. 

While nothing is ever perfect, we take feedback from our clients seriously and strive to do better everyday.

CocRoi, Cashflow, and dscr would all be helpful as well as expenses I do that on my show everyday.

I talk with other investors who have had problems with their builder's every day.

Of course its all relative, the person who lives in Poughkeepsie and commutes to NYC everyday on the MetroNorth would probably not say that Putnam and Orange counties are Upstate.
