I've already asked all my insurance brokers and none of my dwelling/fire policies cover this or offer an applicable endorsement and umbrellas only extend what existing policies cover.

That doesn't ask for an endorsement and they might tell you who they have worked with before.

What's especially strange is that we have never had an issue until we starting dealing with this lease cancellation and returning the deposit, at which time, the tenant began to be extremely hostile.The scanned image of the check online has no endorsement, but it does have a stamp on it, verifying the time that it was deposited, but not giving any specific bank information.

I have no experience with them nor am i endorsing them.

Most endorsements for Turn-Key are from Turn-Key providers.
