Be careful that you do not pump money into a program claiming to make you an investor and provide help in doing so . . . it will quickly become your fault for not being successful when you question things and the mentor aspect offered will disappear.Find local investors, get the foundation you need to focus on your area and stay positive in the journey,.

It took about 6 months of which I did the majority of the work but I was able to turn it into a 3bed 2bath house and sold it for $140,000.00 and a nice $50,000.00 profit.Now I was hooked on distressed properties but had decided I didn't much like the selling aspect of it.

I'd think if you had a cleaner come in to handle that aspect and then used an app to manage the leases and things you'd be in pretty good shape.
