I'm scheduling my showing on Saturday because the the house that I am showing is a half hour from where I work, more that that if I'm near the morning or evening commute periods, so it would be *really* disruptive for me to repeatedly run out from work to show the house....When I showed the house last Saturday, I had two families scheduled, and both showed up.

They are now complaining of the loud volume that occurs during the day as well as late evening, enough to disrupt their sleep.

During vacancy the unit can revert back into the owner's name so there is not a disruption of service.

If you have to replace it later, it will be at a very inconvenient time, it will disrupt the tenant, and you'll be what I'd call a "motivated consumer".  

Realize how disruptive this must be for them. 

Obviously I've never done this before it's my first Reno on my first house I'm just wondering if I don't do it in a short time frame how will I do it without disrupting my tenants lives .

Technology hasnt disrupted the industry and likely wont because the actual reason agents exist is to provide liquidity to the market. 

The repairs and maintenance business is ripe for disruption. 

But when things are not going well, it is usually pretty disruptive (Im also managing a couple hours away…if it’s in your primary’s ADU, that’s a different story).

I'd love to add these things on while the workers are on site (rather than scheduling another project with them since their schedule is full and I'd rather not re-disrupt tenants later).
