Almost anything will be appreciated- from “yappy hour” for your dog loving tenants to show off their pups and give them snacks, to a taco bar dinner night.

When you think about it, rental property is really a forced savings plan, each month you are paying off principal, actually, your tenant is paying off principle, and they are also paying the debt service, and then there should also even some positive cash flow left over for your family to go out to dinner on occasion.   

This evening, I had dinner with my friend David.

@Paul Sandhu is of course on target.....We had a couple of young ladies staying at one of our places a week ago, and they liked to party.....so do we, so a couple of long nights ensued...we even went out to dinner together!

@Ben BeThe great thing about working in the NYC market is that we are normally compensated very well.Furthermore, the pro side of working a lot of hours is that normally our costs are 'low'.Most large companies in NYC provide dinner to employees and a ride home.This all allows for increased savings towards down payments on houses in low-cost markets.Best of luck!
