Hi Ben, I have a BBA and an MBA in Finance, and had a great 20+ year career in finance, the majority of it @ Dell. 

I know nothing about str strategy but with that huge data center being built on the Dell campus at I35 and Toll 45 on Mays you'd think there would be a market for lower end str competing with the extended stay chains for workers at the build site.  

Samsung, Dell, a huge medical research facility hasn't even opened yet that will bring a ton of high paying jobs.   

Until one day it gets so big that it starts listening to what others tell it to do; such as HP, or McDonalds, or Home Depot, or Dell - get the point?

@Jack Medford Hi Jack just seeing your reply - I lived in Wisconsin in the dells for a summer - loved it !

Dell the arrangements prior, and confirmed while there, was that the first hour was 95 an hour and 55 an hour every hour after.

--for example, I don't believe the Round Rock rental market has yet recovered from Dell's layoffs over the last few years and rents are highly competitive especially for houses built 8-10 years ago.

Michael Dell, Bill Gates, Rush Limbaugh, President Lincoln, Zuckerberg, and Melania Trump don't have college degrees. 

On the flip-side people I grew up with in an affluent community they have relocated to CA, NYC, Boston, B-more/DC, Philly, Chicago, ATL, Charlotte, Seattle, Toronto, Austin(yes its Texas, but it has homegrown companies in Dell and Whole Foods).

For example, looking for 3/2 or 4/2 SFR in good condition, renting between $1800 to $2400, within 2 miles of Amazon / Apple / Dell, under $300k would pinpoint your search a lot more.
