Just wasn't happy with the system overall.I have heard a lot of people say they use Podio because it is fully customizeable and you can add automation, but there is a learning curve with it. 

If your business focuses on something particular, then this is absolutely the right choice for you.I would also like to mention that this organic IDX includes lots of customizable widgets, like search bar, sort options, property gallery, featured agents etc.

They are customizable, so they can match a buildium price, but you won't have all the buildium features for the price. 

If you have dozens of units and need something robust and customizable, you'll want to look at paid options like AppFolio or Rent Manager.

Now I'm gonna explore & find other crm like Freedom soft, Rei blackbook Or Podio which i heard was highly customizable and you can even use a cellphone with
