If you have a lower gross rental income per bookings (say $150 average booking for a small condo) and a similar $20 cost per basket, but that basket includes nothing that is tied to the identity of the property or makes it unique, it seems likely the repeat booking rate and likelihood of positive review will have minimal impact.

Tenant just needs to go to same bank once he establishes identity.

Ideally, you will be able to find recently (last 6 months, or even the last few weeks) sold properties (at least three) that are as identical in features (style, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, condition) in the same neighborhood as your subject property.

I have been part of an LLC that has owned 2 adjacent properties that are currently in escrow with identical closing dates.

He befriends people, finds out if they have money, then murders them and assume their identity.

Or is the procedure identical to setting up a regular series LLC, except that the 401k trust will be the sole member, instead of an individual person?  

We are currently able to rent identical units for $1000. 

I was more thinking automated identical posts to all channels. fB , cl, rental sites , real estate sites, etc.
