I have like ZERO bad debt, no car loans, no personal loans, like 3k in credit cards which I can pay off at any second, im insanely underleveraged on my investment real estate, have 820k in cash liquid, among other liquid assets like silver bullion, crypto, ect.

I also make over 6 figures a year outside of crypto because I have royalties constantly incoming along with other sources of income.

My invest include my business and crypto currency.

Holding a little bit of gold, crypto, etc is also not a bad idea, and if we do start seeing double-digit inflation its probably time to buy yourself a bug out bag and some dehydrated food just to be cautious. :)

Let's distinguish between bubbles in items with little and fickle real demand (like tulips, speculative land, dot.com start-ups, crypto) and real estate.

Fear, is a very important currency to deal in, unlike printing bills the inflation of fear is not without its benefits to a country like China.

This in effect weakens the currency as citizens dump yuans for dollars making their saving and currency worth much less and reduces purchasing power.I don't know if anyone thinks these implications around the world can have serious implications on the real estate market world wide as I believe.
