I've never been a fan of semi gloss on the walls, so I use Sherwin Williams satin on all walls (either Wool Skein or Popular Gray), with semi gloss Westhighland White for all trim/doors.The incredibly sloppy guys who installed some of my windows managed to get caulking and filth all over the walls one time...I thought I'd have to repaint, but everything came right off the satin finish.

I grew up in the Pasadena area and my grandparents lived in Fresno (my grandfather was a cotton broker), thus, we would always stop in Bakersfield because it was the half way point.

I think what gets me going with DHM  is just their model is one of being rewarded with loan failures and basically targeting new investors who will have a super hard time finding anything that meets their underwriting criteria.I mean its really simple logic 0n that front.. folks looking for 100% financing are one's with limited capital limited experience and they just are not going to find the smokin deals that DHM wants to fund.and frankly I can't blame DHM I would want best coverage possible because of the high risk borrower.. but to charge for failure I don't cotton to that I think its morally and ethically beneath a for real lender.

If there were not the 20% knock on the comps, I'd be in tall cotton, but that's where I'm stuck.She's just not really very good at her job, and I've tried to have her excluded from my future business dealings and from the second appraisal to no avail.I still feel like I have an advocate with my banker, and she's fighting for me tooth and nail on this...she carries some weight there, but again, I don't know the regulations, and I'm hearing that they have gotten more difficult.
