Down Payment (FHA Loan Properties)
Hello everyone,
After doing moderate research, I have yet to find an alternative for funding the 3-3.5% down payment on FHA loans. I understand that 3% seems trivial. Although, I am in college with a part-time job. Surely you are also able to notice that I am a novice at this point. It would be great to start my investment portfolio with this property. The property has 6 individual units which exceeds FHA standards/regulations. The downpayment seems to be the only obstacle. I want to know if there are any additional methods of funding the downpayment for an FHA loan. I look forward to reading your responses.
Thank you,
-Chandler
