We were there just last weekend and across from our hotel in Bricktown was an independent musician concert of sorts, and the line was down the block to get in,Some other facts about the city:Unemployment is some of the lowest in the nation (~3%)Despite the energy industry issues in 2015, they posted positive job growth.Oklahoma is very landlord friendly.Oklahoma allows for a charging order as the exclusive and only remedy of a creditor.Oklahoma offers unlimited homestead exemption (nice if you reside there).So, we decided to start building a team in the area, and we have connected with realtors, lawyers, property managers and general contractors and we are currently looking for good property.

They are investor friendly, and do give out loans for construction that concert to long term conventional loans at slightly higher rates than the current market rates, but much lower than hard money lenders' rates.

from industry literature, I get the feeling that it saves perhaps 6-25% of water, that you will get perhaps 75-90% compliance, and you should di it in concert with installing all possible water savings methods (1-1.6 gpf toilets, low flow aeratorws and perhaps as low as 1.5 gpm showerheads (Home Depot has a nice $13 one from Delta that I like)not sure how you "install" RUBS, since you are not doing anything except picking a company to calculate and bill your tenants using a pro-rata algorithm.

So far I've had guests that were Real Estate Investors coming to check out Detroit and the surrounding markets, concert goers, people between apartments, and travelers attending events in the city.

I've visited Cleveland regularly the past 5 years cleaning up the vacant commercial space would do wonders for the visual landscape....perhaps some type of concerted effort on the part municipal authorities to occupy smaller scale existing spaces rather than clustering in newer larger all in one facilities, I'm thinking police substations in malls.

If you are referring to nuclear weapons, then the best controls for them, so far, have been controlling the supply of critical parts through concerted international export controls on sensitive technology.We need to remember that Mexico is not directly connected to Iran, etc.
