It's funny that people like you play the victim until you dont get your way then the true colors come through.

I would like some assistance from a professional, or someone who knows what they are doing to help guide me in making sure the unit flows nicely for a vacation unit.Would need help picking paint color, furniture, linens, etc...Please call or email to discuss further.

You can not like the color of the paint and back out on that clause.

Does anyone remember the crash of 2008 or is your head so far up your a** with Re that your rose colored glasses cannot see.

She then complained about the color & the fact it was too small for her packages. 

Personally I'd like to see more color.

Maybe the current brick color woild not be all that bad after doing something with the trim, shutters, paint doors, etc.

Its kinda like worrying if I can get my Ferrari in a certain color when I win the lottery.

They have:- kept a ferret without a deposit or approval- just put a hole in the wall- painted all the bedrooms ridiculous colors- Havent oaid their trash bill in over 3 years- replaced all the ceiling fans and did the electrical themselves (without a license)And multiple other things.

A few of the challenges we had to face on this project were: keeping the historic exterior paint color, white with unique teal trim.
