You will find that there will be a lot of deals circulating within the brokerage before it ever leaves to the public 

There is a pump that circulates water from the tub through the coils of the exchanger. 

I could feel it and found sweating walls and windows.My rental property has water circulated heating system heated electronically.My tanents didn't open the windows for circulation often.I added more insulation to the attic and changed the tyvek, sidings and windows recently.there is no leaks from the roof or water line.

There were 3 switches i believe she wanted them to just have one switch work so it turns on both lights and the fan to keep the air circulating. it sounded good to us and sounded like she did it to all her rentals it's just what her guy did. anyways the tenant took pics and it was bad and really could've started a fire. when the tenant told the PM she played dumb like omg yes fix that and i will pay you back for labor and materials. so almost 500 later the tenant fixes it all. probably saves the place. we are about to bring this up to the PM.

I do have a couple partners in circulation who can get financing and wouldn’t mind partnering this deal with me.

I have had multiple boilers in Berwyn and Cicero where each unit had either a zone valve or a circulation pump that is controlled in each apartment by a thermostat.

Our current plan is to buy some air circulators and point them at some of the spots where water flow was visible, but other than that we do not know what to do.

My short answer and biggest 2 factors in my opinion (besides the supply shortage):1) +25% of the money in circulation was printed last year2) Fed wants to keep rates low till 2023*Be cash poor and asset rich*
