He had friends over recently and one of them called him the next day saying the condo gave him a headache and that only happens when there’s large quantities of mold or paint or cigarette fumes. 

People make choices to spend their money on tattoos, cigarettes, drinking, a trip to Cancun, or $2,000 tires for their truck...and then expect us to extend them grace.I don't reward stupidity; I make profit from it. 

They’ve got money for cigarettes beer and dog food before they pay their obligations This scripture says it all :“For even when we were with you, this we commanded you: that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” 

The bad neighbors chain smoke inside their unit and make all the other units smell like cigarettes.

Plenty of money for dog food pet care cigarettes and beer but nothing for rent so they rely on Uncle Sam ( aka Johnny tax payer)  

Just bought my first property- great deal but it smells like cigarettes and dog.

Hi everyone,I'm looking at purchasing a property that has been inhabited by two heavy indoor smokers, they've been smoking indoors for 25+yrs in the property and it reeks heavily of cigarette smoke(even as a former smoker it's too much). 

Maybe beer or cigarettes would be a better bad analogy!
