I bought a 4 Alex, which was actually a trip Alex with an illegal apartment.

Our last trip thru the country side the corn was short and lots of weeds in the farmland since they were doing Bio or organic.  

I was able to make the trip as I had some other work, purchase a new mailbox ($30) and remove the old/install the new in less than 10 minutes.

So I was in a hotel the other day with my wife on a trip.

I think in some of my STR markets I go grand, but in some I try to target the lowest barrier of entry as in a 2/2 that's easily accessible, small, priced in the lower 20% and that targets young couples, girls trips or whatever they call them, empty nesters, etc.

. - First and foremost, and not unique to Indy, obviously interest rates have been the main character in the story for anyone looking to buy.

I'm in Davis, so I understand if that's too far for you to travel.The smaller shower, 3x4 is going to have a curb, but I've been considering doing curbless on the large shower, 3x5 for the sole reason that it will reduce tripping hazards.

I liken it to Officer and A Gentleman quote "I will do all things fair and unfair to trip you up".
