I've been in bankruptcy court with him, attorney's offices all over Hampton Roads, court rooms in 3 cities, seen him get arrested, evicted out of his house with only the clothes on his back and I've actually picked him up from the bus stop a few times (yeah, he doesn't even have a car anymore).

the guy must have gotten arrested or something just fell of the earth.. anyway got my local lawyer working with title company clearing the title so will be ready to do this deal later this month. 

The good news (other than that they appear to be taking care of the place) is that I can have them arrested for breaking/entering if they did not "rent" the property from a scammer.

The police came, got someone to test the well and arrested her.
