I rarely if ever use 4 burners so this wouldn’t be a issue to me but it is for them.  

Sounds like a gas stove , clean the burner .

Assume the 10' fits, or even a 12, I prefer having counter on both sides of range (even though we all know we only use the front right burner :) )I would try to push the sink as far to the right as possible, and if reasonable go to a slightly larger sink.  

"Supply chain" bla bla bla.I don't think misallocation of funds towards other project is necessary to explain the delay - if those other projects didn't have fixed-price contracts, or didn't have those fixed-prices as set in stone, and/or the other buyers were more willing to come in with extra money to get it done, then your project would go right to the back burner, pending materials prices coming down ("waiting game").

It is currently a oil forced water burner with 1 oil tank. 

One of the burners on the stove was bad, so we thought it would cost a hundred or two to fix.

Originally I was hoping to get some help from a tax pro last year but with covid it got sent to the back burner.

Unfortunately, the project took much longer than expected as we had to put this flip on the back burner for most of 2020 due to Covid-19.

Luckily a multi-family property that I had on the back burner incase this one fell through accepted my offer the next day, so I am on my way to closing.
