Hey  people I would like to brush my math skills for real estate investing, to better prepare myself messing with numbers, etc etcWhat kind of math theory investors/you use when dealing with real estate investing?

I fill any large imperfections in the face of the panels with quickset mud.Now that you've doubled back and really tightened everything(trims and all) with caulking it's on to paint.For a really high quality job you will want to spray/roll and back brush two coats of oil primer.

But again, state laws vary and attorneys are the ones to set it up properly.And finally, I was talking in broad brush strokes regarding the agent/broker role.

First off, I don't want to be a Real Estate Agent.Whatever anyone's reasons are for choosing the path they choose, I don't think beating on them in a public forum is the way to guide them.I haven't found an investor friendly Real Estate agent to work with..I'm not painting all Real Estate agents with the same brush and calling them all useless.This is a very helpful and instructive forum for new people.I find this thread turned into the exact opposite of what I've found on here and I'm just voicing my displeasure at the tone of it.

I've peeled logs, piled brush, hooked chokers, been a concrete grunt, etc.  

Such accessories could be brushes, tweezers as well as nail supplies.

That amount should cover the 30 minutes of work, plus sheet of sandpaper, disposable brush, and small can of polyurethane. 

I then scrubbed the roof vigorously with a nylon bristle brush and a metal bristle brush. 

I bought a home in Fort Morgan - The Fort Morgan/Brush area has a very high demand for rentals, but it's about an hour and half to Denver.  

I'm not trying to paint all agents with the same brush, just personal experience.
