Smells better already!!

I've had to remediate smoke smell from 6 places.  

(Picky) tenant is complaining about a dead rodent smell coming from the walls.

Especially the days when you discover that big capex like a roof being blow off (happened 2 years ago), some tweakers climbed up on the roof and gutted the A/C (did two of those in the last 12 months), an evap cooler leaked for so long that the drywall on the ceiling of the kids bedroom caved in (last year), the hot water heater blew a hose and a major leak went unnoticed for 10 hours flooding the hall, kitchen and living room (dealing with that now), the tenant smelled gas outside, the gas company came and shut off the gas because the underground pipe is corroded AND also discovered that the water heater is not venting properly so it got red tagged (just dealt with that last month) or the time the tenant "invited" a homeless guy over, he moved in, then called his other homeless buddy up and he parked his crappy RV with his entire family living in it in the driveway.

After seeing house twice, signing 1 year lease, tenant started moving things in and decides the basement smells "too mildewy" and not liveable.She wants  her 1 month security deposit back.

You are putting a deposit down for the appropriate governing body to foreclose on the property for delinquent property taxes.

The front living room area smells like fireplace HORRIBLY, and the house is so dirty it is tough to live in.

That newer asphalt, or when it is resealed or newly striped, looks pretty sharp (but then you have some costs and maintenance), but I am not sure the attractive lot would bring much more in rent nor would gravel drive off good tenants.Finally, I shovel snow with the body sled type shovels and it would knock me out without a smooth surface underneath like asphalt or cement, so with gravel maybe check how that would work with your snow removal system (be it shovel, snowblower, or plow truck)...probably gravel best fit for plow truck...Best of luck

Both offices had a good handful of bodies at the locations along with a few appeared to be customers onsite, but i'm a little worried about all the fees and monthly expenses i was presented with along with the commision rates.

Is there a governing body I can contact?
