After a bit of back and forth (them calling me names, me stating facts as described in the purchase contract) they finally agreed to provide the keys in 2 days but remain defiant about my right to enter the property with proper notice (which really isn't a big deal, I didn't plan on doing that).With the blatant disregard these sellers/tenants have already demonstrated I'm a bit worried about what might happen moving forward.

I would really love to talk to the owner and find out if they are willing to sell because of the blatant abandonment of the MF home.

The CDC lacks the authority to stop evictions and their attempted actions are in blatant violation of the supreme court's recent ruling. 

This is blatantly criminal and we know Dems are behind this but Republicans are not intervening to look at those issues either. 

If they are strong applicants who were up front about their medical card, they most likely will be okay if there is no other red flags that would trigger a more blatant denial, like a recent eviction.

But realtor's weren't originally meant to have a strong understanding of investing strategies, let alone the blatant misalignment of incentive - realtor's get paid a higher a commission when the purchase price is higher - when in reality a better system would be if realtor's were compensated more (at least on the buyer's side) if they were able to get the lowest price for their client. 

My hope springs eternal that this will stop the lawlessness of local governments giving unqualified tenants a silver platter to keep blatantly stealing services.  

I blatantly suck at talking to people, so writing a letter or email would likely be best.  

I have been a property manager for 12 years and I still don't understand how people can have utter most blatant disregard for someone else's property. 

Our husband and I are considering all of our options, but we are both so outrageously confused how both our inspection report and WIR missed something so blatant and extensive.
