I like the sit down idea- I'm worried he'll be bitter that we tried to move him, but if we talked before close, I could explain that its not personal and that the market for rent, like everything else in the world, has gone up since he originally moved in, happy to have him there, etc. etc.

The reports that I have read indicate that UT was ready to move forward with a world class institution and build a new campus that would rival globally renowned institutions and help advance the technology, energy and healthcare sectors for generations to come.At best this appears to be a misunderstanding between the University of Houston and the University of Texas System.
