A memorandum of interest (or affidavit of interest, memorandum of contract) is a document or instrument that summarizes the contract or seller’s breach/anticipatory breach of contract and which is recorded among the local land records.

Long standing LEGAL instruments of real estate transition exist.

Rent collection, tenant communication, template leases, electronic lease signatures, marketing, tax form prep, move-in/move-out forms, automated email reminders, background/credit checks, this list goes on.  

But I don't think there is, or will be for quite some time, an AI that can set prices on real estate well enough to be "automated" for at least another decade or more. 

Everything is automated.  

This may change as maintenance management becomes more automated with software.  

BP, I've been on a long search for technology and applications that allow me to automate parts of the tenant journey (leads, apt tours, screening, rent collection...).

We've developed short term property management software based on automations taken from guest messages.

It seems as if there will be some upgrading of the units, are you anticipating a sale or refinancing out of the subject to different mortgage afterwards or is that the long term debt instrument you want to keep?

And those should be automated.
