Hey, @Joshua Walker.I’m a newbie but, I like to respond to situations like yours because it makes me call on and employ the knowledge I’ve attained about REI, and the skills and abilities I’ll need to employ to close a deal myself.

So my opinion is that the best time to buy is today, the more units you have for a longer period of time the more wealth you will attain.

The most valuable thing you have attained is your good credit and financial success so far.

Remember that is by far the best of my 3 investment categories.Even with my investments having taken a beating, if I had an opportunity as you described in my market there is no doubt I would be attempting to attain it.Good luck
