@Rafael Frias this is a great question and arguably the most overlooked question.

With a huge military and petrodollars supporting the US Dollar as the "reserve currency of the world", arguably the USD was in a bubble the last few decades.  

They are much more of a micro-business then a long-term rental which are arguably more of a 'set it and forget it' model until the lease expires.
