Amazing what you have accomplished.

It's in midwest Kansas, pretty far from any metropolitan areas, but the city has seen amazing growth in the last decade and I looked and population is around 29-30,000.

If a PM can't get rid of you or raise rents to keep up with inflation .... you had better have an amazing credit score etc    Can they look at previous evictions?

They legitimately feel that it would be amazing to sell to us.While everyone just turns off their brains, and work harder instead of smarter just for that illusion: "see I did so much work,  it has to mean I am closer to the reward", but sadly it is all it is an illusion.I rather work smarter, not harder and have whoever that is motivated, come and find me, instead of me chasing them.

I'll tell you what, being able to do $100 down on a multifamily renovation project in the future would be an amazing find!

We own several residential homes in San Diego that we only lease to operators of care facilities...They make amazing tenants if set up correctly.

It sounds like they both loved and trusted you enough to pass down some amazing assets.
