The previous reply about the Islands being different is accurate, as each County does have different rules.

i loved their videos and i did contact them, but am worried as some have suggested that they pawn you off to juniors and that their response is very slow.

But, more commonly, they bring in the capital, maybe do a site visit before closing, and ultimately just forward an investor email to the main operator, then forward the response to the investor.  

I tend to believe that could be a reasonable stat for the experienced investors, however, I don't know where you even get enough accurate data to formulate anything.

I kind of get excited when I see these silly laws in other states, because I know mine will pass a law to give me MORE rights as a property owner in response to that. 

It wasn’t clear in advance what the next steps were, or who was responsible for doing what.

Also, note that it is hard to accurately judge an area from afar based on exterior physical characteristics.
