I think their dashboard view is profoundly useful for small operations!

Their dashboard, rent collection and management systems are pretty excellent for a minimal fee.

What I can recommend to you is that you use pricelabs to make a dashboard of where the property is at so you can any comparables around it and how they are performing as STRs. 

First off, set up "Keyword Alerts" on your BiggerPockets dashboard.

If you've gotten down to the specific property I dont recommend AirDNA, they are good for the macro level but when you get into the nitty gritty I recommend using pricelabs market dashboards (they are cheaper too). 

The main thing I want to check when I log into the RentRedi dashboard is: what rents have been paid and when, and who is behind.

But works via wi-fi, sends the data to a dashboard for you to view, and monitors leaks.

Also, I'm going to check the resources guide I'm seeing on my Dashboard.

do a search on meetup.COM for real estate within your chosen distance. bigger pockets when you go to your dashboard on a Pc (not on a mobile device) has the local events on the bottom right.
