Go to the convenience store pick up a for rent type ad magazine, and look at what the competition has for prices.

I just finished listening to Podcast 188: Using 20+ Years of Studying Market Cycles to Buy Low & Sell High with David Gudmundsen and I am determined to be a real estate agent and investor who is  on top of how the market is doing beyond reading a monthly magazine and looking at the real estate inventory in terms of months!

Some areas having it advertised in certain magazines or blogs could make a huge difference, and others not at all.  

Fuller had made the cover of the Time Magazine.

Us New Yorkers have to stick together.

@jeff Fechter I used to advertise in most of the California Real estate magazines  which paid for them selves.

Good to see another New Yorker on here, I am from Queens originally. 

I also speak at other people's meets (in the UK and in Europe), publish a column in a print magazine and have been online since 1982 (my day job then included being paid to use online).So, when I can help, I will contribute what I have seen work.
