  $500 for 4 hours every Sunday morning (so $2000-2500/month) and its basically on a month to month lease so not much turnover to deal with from the landlord perspective.  

Gator method and PCS; hubs and I had a meeting w/ PCS this morning and didn't need all the LLC creation and such so we jumped to the 'Corporate Financial Program' - already sounds VERY ambiguous... 

What about the plumber that stops a flooding leak on a Sunday morning or the HVAC tech that fixes a furnace under a crawl space in the middle of a freezing night?
