Pick a time slot once a week. 

I should really know a lot by now. lol Now that I find myself in my senior years and not wanting to work in my 40-hour-per-week job for the rest of my life, it's time to revisit my old love...real estate!

It's easier to batch the calls than convince yourself to make one call each day, so dedicate a time slot to get it all done with real conversation rather than becoming just another applicant. 

My advice, is in the beginning purchase in your personal name as you will get the best financing terms and once you get close to running out of slots, then buying in the name of an LLC can help continue your growth and by then you have a good track record as well.Happy hunting,Eric

If it is an elongated type (vs. symmetrical) chances are good that if you remove that plate you will find a large slotted head that is a shutoff for each side of the fixture.
