@David Hines I lived thru the 3 hurricanes in 2004 in Orlando, they were all two weeks apart.

I know that the property management it's not a primary consideration but I share it with you cause I have a very good and reliable team in Orlando so I'm sure they will save me a lot of money if they will take care of the properties.I'll be happy to get advices and detail info from a local investors in those cities. please be specific including neighborhood names or zip codes where you think will be the best to put the money in. 

We still have quite few deals for B&H.I know quite few people here who are doing business in Florida (Orlando).

Personally I really don't care why anyone would sell no money down but I've done it in New York and I've done it in Deland which is just above Orlando the reasons are the reasons

I know time is very valuable and don't want to waste my time focusing on the wrong things now and being in a tough spot later on in my life. book recommendations, local in person meet ups in the Florida area is great anywhere from Orlando down to Miami I am willing to travel to gain more knowledge.

Can anyone refer a good business/real estate attorney on the west side or downtown Orlando?

Wow didn't know we had it so good Here in Orlando 12mm  quality underlamwnt AND 6" baseboard painted and installed for $3.25 sq foot.

You should visit Tarrant Reginal Auto Crimes Task Force, and they will read everything to you, and I hope you will understand it.Interesting that you are an expert in criminal and civil law in Virginia, Texas, and Ontario, Canada all while living in Orlando.
