Hi Mark ares close to the Universities UM, FIU, FAU, Nova Southeastern would probably be good areas to house hack/ student rentals.

I currently attend REIA meetings in NOVA and unfortunately,  REIA meetings in Richmond would be difficult, due to the long drive for frequent meetings.

I hear NOVA is a little crazy but would NE/SE DC or Silver Spring / PG County be an ideal location?

Today have 7 rentals most are local NoVa but 3 are in the Baltimore area. 

I am on the other side of the state, NOVA.
