This has happened all over the country and will continue to happen because we are becoming a renter nation and we will probably never keep up with the housing supply.

Also, once you get over 5 bedrooms you have to commercially park your project.

I pay attention to local amenities like shops, parks, and restaurants, because they make the area more appealing to tenants.
