Hello—I am newly venturing into real estate investing after an undergraduate career in music.

I wanted to save enough money to rent my own place in the city.For awhile I listened to music on the 40 min morning commute to my job in SoHo.

Mexican food, culture, and history is so amazing, that it is great to be next to it to better learn and understand.After moving here, I became a local real estate agent, which many expats do because of the ease of getting employment as an independent contractor.

I am learning and watching and reading content and listening to podcasts while at work instead of music now.

Time to face the music and understand that this new reality is going to get very bad economically
