Hi @Richard BautistaYour red flag is also my red flag.As an agent who helps investors from out of state the main thing that I always tell them is to FLY OUT TO SEE THE PROPERTY IN PERSON.

With all of that said, my main goal is to have long term appreciation and if there is a little extra cashflow at the end of the month, great. 

I mainly want a site that offers advertising the property, online payment options, maintenance requests & at least a basic accounting aspect.Thank you in advance!
