It may be another 5 years before I purchase something in another country because I would want to wait until the children are gone. we love Thailand and the Thai people I looked at condos there last trip.. but the reality of 16 hour flight to Hong Kong and then 4 to Pukhet even though we fly business class always.. its just too long of a flight.. to use often..

This already happened in hongkong , Japan , Asia countries , etc …price would just stay there at the top at some points, US is lucky because land is vast and economic opportunities are everywhere , also the availability of 30 YFRM.San Diego is cheap market from NorCal investors also driving up the price … it is far from over.as long as home price doesn’t rise faster than velocity of money , it would not go down.
