Zillow's agent star rating system is an attept into that direction, but is founded on the fact that agents pay for Zillow engagement and so the behind the scene dynamics lead to results, that are not in the best interest of consumers.

We get the opportunity to engage with PGE for our power company.We have walked through a number of EV charging solutions but they seem to not understand the process.I want something convenient, easy, and provides some revenue (this may be asking too much).   

The coating isn't acceptable for insurance engagement on residential properties.

I think Southern California (my area) is precisely the "most affected" area of which you speak, hence the trepidation of engaging in current flips. 

Fortunately, I have a connection in Colorado who is a general contractor (GC), and I engaged their services for the renovation.

OP-  So your post you haven’t engaged with.  

When we engage appraisers to appraise for loans, we do not tell them the loan amount, and we don’t allow them communication with the borrower.  

Probably not since most are not fully engaged in property management.
