Has your property been improved by getting the WH?

Also showing almost a 20% CoC return, which in my research I've found to be a highly ideal number for investors.Is there something I could improve on with this report or fix?

It's so bad that my last purchase was in Indiana, which was my first OOS investment, and likely will continue to look there if the market doesn't improve here.  

You gotta improve your value a few notches I think to justify 50%.

From what it looks like builder does not want to take a loss and what to negotiate sale where they do not take a loss even profit, since they are selling improved lots. 

Their rating and reputation have been consistently improving since then.

So much so that when we do come across that all-to-rare exception of a person who's grinding at improving there life, to elevate, it's notice, it's a shocker, and we go the extra mile to really help them if and where we can. 

I want to work on being able to delegate more efficiently.

You can also split the difference by looking at the historic energy usage for the property and setting that as a utility 'cap.'
