Many agents get jaded with referrals because the referred agent will often let the leads go cold.

I have a worry that 10-15 years from now I will burn out or grow jaded with my professional industry as many of my older colleagues have become. 

Unfortunately there was a group that used to meet in WF....guess it was really great because they'd have inspectors come and appraisers come and there was a lot of good information there, but it got jaded by a few people that would make people sign in and then annoy them with calls- quite the turn off.
