How long does it take to get your license after applying with the division?

Right now the city of Austin is trying their best to make division of lots very difficult as it has gotten out of control on the Eastside.

I was looking at multifamily properties online and ran across a listing that states "Property registered with DCA (I assume DCA means Division of Community Affairs)."  

Generally, closing cost items are negotiable and stated in the purchase and sale agreement.Each locality has its' customary division of closing costs.

Talk to the city/county building and zoning division first.  

Don't know about NY but here in Texas the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office handles tenant complaints.

My thought behind one brand over all divisions is that it would convey legitimacy.
