To their credit they're being pretty transparent about how this went down and they say they've hired a lawyer to take action against the inspection company they hired.  

I am speechless about Home 365 and could write a book about them.Can anybody recommend a lawyer in Michigan (Detroit ) who would be able to file my summons, We already passed the deadline so we need extension.

I have been trying to find lawyers in Google in my area who specialize in tax sale law and it seems to be something close to impossible. 

They let lawyers bend them over where buyers of properties like you said are only going to get $20 or less at settlement. 

I also have US citizenship and whatever else comes with it. 

When the time comes to evict our first tenant, I will hire the best lawyer and let the expert take care of it.

There has to be a lawyer willing to do it; call every lawyer you can, I bet you can find one!
