I believe it is far more likely, however, that the effect of his stance and actions materially lessens the flow of new illegal immigrants.

His thought was OK we failed at rehabbing big time lets give them a brand new house.. well concept while OK.. the houses would have cost 80 to 100k to build but again he is not too bright.. those houses would only be worth what the comps are since there has not been a new construction in the area for 50 plus years.. so day one your new 80k house is worth only what an investor will pay for cash flow and in those areas this means not 80 to 100k the houses devalue 30 to 40% the day they are rented..

@Joseph Sakic the "pain" is directly related to:1) How much your current PMC cooperates2) What paperwork you already have or can get to send to the new PMC

Using your example, you sell Mon for your $155K and have a contract on a new home for $100K two weeks after this one sold.

So for new ppl, they'll see $1,700 but for this couple I advertised as $1,500.
