Plenty of Aussies investing in USA because the price point is lot lower the exchange rate is what is killing everyone thou.As an Australian I fully understand, I have properties in Aus that I bought, for the same value I can buy 4-5 cleveland properties or an 6unit apartment building

I've done a lot of work with Australians over the years buying properties here in the U.S.What is your strategy?

My husband and I are Australian (we're also British citizens) and we have some rentals in London (we lived there for 8 years).We were transferred to Atlanta at the end of last year with my husband's employer so it's an opportune time for us to start buying some property in the US.

As I'm sure you know, there are a deluge of Australian outfits sourcing turnkey properties in the states.
