Basically, if you get a really big take off that is multi-stage, data management becomes really hard in Square... so I end up doing multiple iterations of the same job, one for trim, doors, and windows, another for lumber, another for siding, etc. 

As long as you can screen those types and keep yourself informed and agile, you will be ok. 

It's well put together in the newer iteration.

I add info and then Dan add info and we keep iterating and build out the plan.

Stay focused on it and talk to others who are already doing it @Eric Don

I want to also re-iterate that I don't condone the "salesy" gurus who are only selling their programs without regard to the student's success rate.

I've also been trying to implement Agile Results on top of that to make sure that I am always working towards my high level goals (something that was harder for me to stay focused on with pure GTD).
