The key to success would be in finding park owner's to deal with, and starting one home at a time and finding a cheap home or a flipper, pay a grand or so (I think this is a reasonable estimate for in-state mobile home movers) to get it moved to the park - and then lonnie it.I'm looking for low maintenance or variable expenses with high returnsThoughts?

Furthermore, if she waits to the setout date to move, I WILL carry her stuff out to the curb, but I can't guarantee that I won't drop a lot of it down the stairs (I'm not a professional mover - ya know.)Mike

I forgot to mention above.One story on BP in a wholesalers thread mentions a wholesaler who was sued for damages by an occupant who hired movers, rented another place based on a signed contract with a wholesaler who canceled at the last minute (as they some times do).
