Most of the successful investors I know subscribe to the "inch wide, mile deep" theory.

It has been done, but it is one of the more annoying ways to market because it is about an inch away from just littering on someone's yard.

I also tried to buy more durable inexpensive 52-inch Hampton Bay ceiling fans for like $80, and 1/2 HP Everbilt garbage disposal for $60 on sale. 

What about putting bark mulch and a few shade-loving plants like hosta, ferns, astilbe, etc?
