Not to make excuses, but I've typically worked 60 - 70 hours / week for the past decade plus and now that our youngest child will be heading off to college in the fall we'd love to build our portfolio at a much quicker pace. 

I will be headed out there in March to scout the area and hopefully will move out there shortly after as my wife is due in July!  

I believe thats the direction we will be heading. 

We are currently in Spokane, WA where we have a few STR's, but will be headed to Austin in August and then Medellin Colombia in January.
